Remove love handles, mid-section reduction with photo editing

"Here is a photo that I would like to be edited for weight loss.

 

I just want the love-handles area to disappear. The midsection has always been a problem for me. I have worn black clothes to make the editing easier for you and look more real.

 

In addition to the removal of the love handles, please thin my face out a bit and also the legs to make them seem a bit taller / thinner. Nothing is needed to be done on the arms except toning of the skin. When you zoom in, you can see a few lines on my arms, especially on my right arm.
