Modern photo changed to vintage look

"This is my daughter, Anne. Believe it or not, but she looks like a replica of what my grandmother did as a little girl. Is it possible to make Anne's photo like it was taken in the 1920s? Of course, there was no colour photography then, so give it that sepia look. Also, please make the photo look 'old' — some stains / discolouration would make it look natural... Oh, I can hardly wait to see it... What a kick my uncles and aunts are going to get out of this!"
