Sepcial effect for wedding group photo

"Hi! I am a wedding photographer. My client wants a special effect on the attached wedding photo. He wants the bride and bridegroom to stay in colour, and the rest of the group converted to black & white. The photograph is in very high resolution since the end-product is to be a large-size print.
