Remove unwanted objects and fix imperfections in photographs

"This is a favourite family photograph taken in 2005. Unfortunately, my son's face — eyes ecpecially — are partially covered by the cell phone. Can you do something? As requested another photo of my son is enclosed, though this is a recent one and he looks much older in it. Please let me know if you require anything else."
